Volunteers committed to identifying unmet community needs for at-risk populations and addressing them through philanthropic programs developed and administered by our members are the heart of Assistance League Conejo Valley. We are a 501(c)3 philanthropic nonprofit, nonpolitical, nonsectarian, all-volunteer organization. The money for our programs is generated from grants, donations, special events and our Thrift Shop.
In 2016-2017, 152 dedicated members and Assisteens®, an auxiliary of Assistance League Conejo Valley, volunteered over 29,000 hours and touched the lives of more than 11,400 people in Agoura, Agoura Hills, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and Westlake Village through its philanthropic programs.

Assistance League Conejo Valley is one of 120 chapters with over 23,000 member volunteers. Unlike most national charities, our focus is on local chapter needs first. Assistance League in fact helps our volunteers realize their vision for their communities and all funds they raise stay in those individual communities to help people in need achieve a better quality of life. Collectively all chapters have served 1.5 million with a total of $38.8 million returned to local communities. Nationally, member volunteers have donated 3.2 million hours. Learn more...
